Premium houses. The house is more than 200m2 measured after the floor. The height of the floors is as high as 3.2m, which we can find in apartments or premium houses. We have two types of them available.

The first (A): is on the ground floor a living room of 33 m2 , a dining room, a separate kitchen as a separate room with the possibility of opening up the space. An Architect is available to prepare the design, make visualisations of the rooms based on your preferences. The finished project will be carried out under the supervision of the designer by a proven team, and the finished house will only require you to bring in your luggage.

Every house has a private garden. Gardens are designed so that around the view of greenery, it helps to relax. It can be divided into two areas – a more private area and a part where we greet our neighbour through the hedge. In front of the house we can park another car if needed.

Behind the estate we have a beautiful river, among the coniferous forest. A place for walks, bike trips and healthy jogging. Outside the window there is also greenery, into which the houses have been integrated.

Not only greenery is important. By the estate we have a road by which we can reach the Capital in 20 minutes. Public transport bus ZTM also 50 m from the estate. A few dozen meters away there is a store, school, kindergarten and in the near future there will also be an intimate place where you can do basic shopping or, for example, use the fitness?
