(2) The collected data will be processed by the Administrator for the purposes of:

performance of the service within the scope of its activity,
marketing own services and those of cooperating entities – with consent,
sending commercial information by electronic means – with consent,
newsletter subscription – with consent.

(3) Personal data will be shared or entrusted to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of the provisions contained in the contract.

(4) The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent given, or their processing is necessary for the performance of the contract or to take necessary actions prior to its conclusion, and the legitimate purpose of the Administrator.

(5) Personal data will be stored for the duration of the service or purpose for which they were entrusted, or longer if legally justified (5 years counting from the end of the accounting year for the purposes of the tax office, 10 years provided for the statute of limitations for claims).

(6) In the event that the contract is not finally concluded, the personal data will be permanently deleted from the database or will be processed for other purposes – e.g. sending electronic commercial information, newsletter subscription, with separate consent.

(7) The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to take action to conclude a contract and/or to ensure the implementation of the provisions and provisions of the contract between the parties.

8 You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, delete, as well as to object to the processing of your data at any time. Objection to the processing of your data shall be equivalent to the discontinuation of the provisions and provisions of the contract between the parties.
